If you are ordering records but want to COLLECT IN THE SHOP, please state this with your address details when you reach the 'Delivery details' section of your order. You still need to fill in your address as well to enable us to process the transaction. PLEASE NOTE: When booking tickets online it is vital that you supply us with the full address that your card is registered at, otherwise your order cannot be transacted. We cannot process cards that are invalid or declined. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: If you order something and it is out of stock, we will endeavour to order it for you at the earliest opportunity. If, however, we anticipate a lengthy delay we will contact you immediately to check what you would like us to do.
