Building on themes covered in earlier releases they've created an incredibly deep antidote to the negativity that surrounds us. Focussing on issues around mental health (work, relationships, crimes, drugs and life in general) and their effects upon our wellbeing this is a canny blue-print of positivity that doesn't shy away from the darkness and alienation we all feel at times. Through it's flows it faces up to fears and casts light on hate yet does it over some sweet sampling, head nodding beats and uses some brilliant rhyming to show us the way. Deep, delicious stuff that cuts through into relatable feelings. Recommended.
