Opus Incertum is High Tone's debut album: an instrumental dub band (guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and turntables) that has crossed the boundaries of the genre. They are able to incorporate all sorts of influences, from 70s Jamaican dub to electronic music, with a touch of ethnic sounds and world music, to produce their own music and their own sonic atmospheres. The jungle intros, the oriental samples, the discreet scratches, all contribute to creating a warm sound that is deeply organic and vibrant with emotion, compiled in this masterpiece.
