You know what I love about the Arctic Monkeys? I love the fact they won't let anyone tell them what to do or who they are...and they don't pander to tastes, fashions or £50 man. Here they give a mix of madness in the form of 12 songs, some grungy, some punky, some breakneck but all good. The magic lyricism is still there along with some of the sing-a-longs but if you wanted them to essentially replay the last album...well they changed..and it's great they did. Kick out the Jams indeed.Recommended.
