Like pretty much all of our peers we had a few issues coping with the immediate online demand for RSD DROP 1. We had our IT support team lined up and we got to grips with the situation quickly. We were able to fulfill a fantastic amount of orders for each of which we are really grateful, but let some of you down which was not acceptable. We are an independent record shop so there are limits to what we can demand of the Jumbo Super Computer😊, but we are 100% committed to learning and improving our service. We have carried out some extensive analyses to underlying cause of the issues we experienced, and have fixed all the problems which are in our power to do. We cannot promise that there won't been issues for Drop 2 on Saturday, but we will give it our very best shot at ensuring our customers receive a great online shopping experience
