Damn the Man, Save the Empire! Empire Records on Rex Manning Day? Say no more (mon amore!).
When Lucas is trusted to lock up the record store for the night, he discovers that his beloved workplace is about to be sold to evil corporate giant, MUSIC TOWN. So, he does what any rational anti-establishment teen would do. Get on his motorbike, go to Atlantic City, and gamble all the days takings in hopes of winning enough to save his favourite place and keep his job. The next day he faces the consequences of his actions, the wrath of his peers and the god-awful music of Rex Manning.
Empire Records features incredible early career performances from both Liv Tyler and Renee Zellweger as well as on of the best plaid mini skirts of all time.
